  2. Resolution Time:

    • RBI mandates that your complaint must be resolved within 30 days.

    • Either your issue will be fixed or closed with a proper response.

  3. Helpline Number – 14448:
    If you are not satisfied within 30 days, call 14448.

    • The number works on IVR system and is available anytime.
